1. How can we sing the Lord’s song in a foreign land?

   We are in exile and so far from home.

   Lord, return us to Jerusalem.


2. Are we forsaken in this foreign land?
   Wandering lost in a land without rain?
   “You are my people and I am your saving
   God. Trust in me and I will lead you home.”

3. Ours is a patient God: He holds His wrath.
   He waits for us fulfill his plan
   He waits for us to repent and to change our ways.
   Gentle Lord, we praise you for your Love.
